Founded by experienced coaches and former players, Storm was built from the ground up on one principle: every girl on this roster deserves a legitimate shot to play the sport she loves beyond high school.

We compete at PGF Nationals, USA Softball, and college coach-attended showcases where D1, D2, D3, and NAIA programs scout directly.

Manager/Assistant Coach
Coach Larry plays a vital role both on and off the field — working closely with coaches and families to keep the organization running smoothly, while also dedicating time to each player's individual development. With over 20 years of coaching experience, including time coaching High School softball, Coach Larry brings a deep well of knowledge and perspective to the program. That experience allows him to connect with players at every stage of their development, helping them sharpen their fundamentals and build the confidence they need to succeed at every position. His hands-on approach and steady presence continue to make a lasting impact on every athlete he works with.
Head Coach
The driving force behind HV Storm, Coach Troy Williams brings a wealth of knowledge and a relentless commitment to helping every athlete reach her college potential. A former collegiate pitcher, Coach Troy understands the game from every angle — from the mound to the batter's box. His experience gives him a unique ability to develop complete pitchers, teaching them to command the zone, trust their movement, and think through hitters rather than simply overpower them. He believes the best pitchers are students of the game — and that mindset shows in every athlete he develops. Beyond the mound, Coach Troy has spent years working with hitters, helping them build sound mechanics and develop the consistency needed to be successful at the plate.
Assistant Coach
Coach Mark DeLaney is a current softball coach at Princeton High School, where his passion for the game and dedication to player development shine through every day. That same energy and enthusiasm carries directly into his role with HV Storm, where he brings expertise and a genuine love for helping players grow. Whether it's refining skills in practice, making in-game adjustments, or keeping the team mentally sharp under pressure, Coach Mark is fully invested in each player's journey and committed to helping them reach their full potential.
